Our doors are open whenever we have practice and then some! If you would like to come see what we are about please contact us by phone or email and we can tell you the best time to come in. We have tons of information on all our classes and want to match you to a class that will fit all of your needs. Walk-ins are always welcome, so check out our Teams and Classes and swing by if you are interested!
Some say it's a curse, others consider it a way of life. We are always accessible by email and very organized about replying. Your emails never end up in a black hole and will always be answered by our staff as soon as we are available. Our general mailbox at is the best way to get your questions answered. If you happen to have a coach's personal cell phone number please use it in emergency only, if you leave a message for them at the gym we will make sure it gets to the correct person. Directions
Apex Athletics is a privately owned gym located in Johnston, IA. The best way to locate us is to take I-80/35 to the Merle Hay exit and Head north. On 57th street take a right and head east to NW Beaver Drive. Take a left heading north on NW Beaver and our facility will be on the west side of the road. We occupy #2, #3, and #4 in the last row of light gray buildings at 5750.
