    Competitive Teams 

     

    Wild-Special Athletes Team

    Wild is a competitive team for all ages that practices once a week for 1 hour. Wild competes at local competitions and performs at community events including basketball games and parades.

    During their practices Wild will perfect a 2.5 minute routine while working on stunting, tumbling, jumps, motions, and dance.  During practice and competitions Wild team members will receive individual help from their Cheer Peer.  Cheer Peers are current and former Apex Cheerleaders that volunteer to help coach Wild Team Members.

    Cheerleaders are required to attend all practices, performances and competitions.

    Practice: Tuesday 5:30pm-6:30pm 

     

    Madness-Mini Level 1

    Madness is a competitive team for 5-8 year olds. This is a team that accepts cheerleaders with all skill levels. Madness practices 4 hours a week and competes at local competitions. They will also perform at events such as local parades and festivals.

    During their practices they will perfect a 2.5 minute routine while working on stunting, tumbling, jumps, motions, and dance.  This team is a perfect fit for all cheerleaders that are looking to be part of a team and have fun while traveling to various competitions!

    Cheerleaders are required to attend all practices, competitions, and performances.

     

     

    Youth Team

    Terror is a competitive team for 7-11 year olds. This is a team that accepts cheerleaders with all skill levels. Terror practices 4 hours a week and competes at local competitions. They will also perform at events such as local parades and festivals.

    During their practices they will perfect a 2.5 minute routine while working on stunting, tumbling, jumps, motions, and dance.  This team is a perfect fit for all cheerleaders that are looking to be part of a team and have fun while traveling to various competitions!

    Cheerleaders are required to attend all practices, competitions, and performances.

    Coaches:  Nicole Gould, Hailey Haller and Kenna Anderson          

    Summer Practice Schedule: Tuesday and Thursdays 5:30-7:30pm 

     

    Chaos-Junior Level 2 

    Chaos is a competitive team for 11-14 year olds. This is a team that accepts cheerleaders with all skill levels. Chaos practices 6 hours a week and competes at local and national competitions.  The athletes must also attend one or two tumbling classes in the summer. In the fall they will have a two hour skills practice that will concentrate on conditioning, jumps, flexibility, stunting, and tumbling.  They will also perform at events such as local parades and festivals. 

    During their practices they will perfect a 2.5 minute routine while working on stunting, tumbling, jumps, motions, and dance.  This is a perfect team for those new or experienced cheerleaders with their back handspring.  

    Cheerleaders are required to attend all practices, competitions, and performances.

    Senior Team

    Vengeance is a competitive team for 14-18 year olds. To be a member of this team you must have a standing backtuck and a round-off backtuck. Vengeance practices 4 hours a week during the summer and 6 hours during the school year. They compete at local and national competitions. Vengeance must also attend at least one hour of skills class each week during the summer.  During the fall one of their practices will a skills practice to progress stunting, tumbling, and more. Their goal is to be a dominating force in their level at every competition they attend. They will also perform at events such as local parades and festivals.

    During their practices they will perfect a 2.5 minute routine while working on stunting, tumbling, jumps, motions, and dance.

    Cheerleaders are required to attend all practices, competitions, and performances.

    Coaches: Nicole Gould, Jacey Roberts and Meredith Gwennap

    Summer Practice Schedule: Tuesdayss and Thursdays 7:00pm-9:00pm
